Cassidy Bale is a Canadian-born fitness and nutrition coach, a personal trainer, and an educator. She earned her Master’s in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida and Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Brock University. She’s also a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sport Science Association, and a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. She’s a member of Dr Bill Campbell’s Performance and Physique Enhancement Laboratory and has contributed to designing and conducting research studies. She currently serves as a Professor of Exercise Science at the University of South Florida, where she teaches, mentors, and enhances the knowledge of students.

From a young age, Cassidy was a competitive figure skater and competed well into her college years. She then pursued competitive bodybuilding in the Wellness category, and now practices a flexible approach to living the ‘bodybuilder’ lifestyle. Her experience as an athlete under the guidance of various coaches has profoundly influenced how she impacts her clients through her own coaching practices. Her academic background and pursuits have contributed to her evidence-based approach utilizing sound training and nutrition practices with clients. She aims to empower others by giving them the tools and guidance to look and feel their best, and live strong and healthy lives!
